Frequently Asked Questions

Licenses - Product licenses are for a specific product and version, with an indefinite term.

Updates - Minor version updates (e.g. v7.1 to v7.22) do not require a new license and may be downloaded and installed at no cost.

Upgrades -  Major version upgrades (e.g. v7.x to v8.x) require a new registration and license, normally at reduced cost.

Try before you buy - Trial downloads are full and unrestricted product versions which are time-limited. You must register them to continue using them beyond the 30-day trial period.

Unauthorized copies - We can not assure the reliability of illegal "hacked" copies of products. For safety, download only from a trusted site, and do not apply unauthorized installation "hacks" to the downloaded copy.
